A professional-training organization in a regulated French sector needed structured curricula, validation workflows and an AI assistant that respects the profession's rails.

We built a white-label platform whose core is deliberately domain-agnostic: a display layer maps abstract learners, sites and areas onto the client's real-world vocabulary, so the same engine can serve the next organization unchanged.

Gema is one grocery list an entire household shares, syncing in real time: add eggs, and it's on everyone else's phone before yours is back in your pocket. A built-in household chat makes coordination feel like a conversation.

It's deliberately minimal — a list that syncs, free, with AI kept to item parsing and store suggestions. Under the hood: a Durable Object per list and per chat room, an offline outbox shared between web and React Native, and feature-by-feature parity audits.

Video is where knowledge goes to become unsearchable. spectralTranscript turns any YouTube video into structured, speaker-labelled text synchronized to an embedded player.

Behind it sits a queue-driven pipeline — YouTube ingestion, AI transcription, R2 storage — that makes new uploads searchable automatically.
